Need a efficient, smart, and experienced real estate data researcher with access to skiptracing software. TLO is mandatory and is where all the data needs to come from. Other skiptracing softwares are a big bonus.

I will be continuously providing varying sized excel data sheets of real estate leads and I need the phone numbers for each prospect.

I will share a sample of what the data sheet will look like and the data I am seeking with shortlisted candidates.

You will be asked to loom (screen record) to verify that TLO is the primary tool being used.
