Looking for an experienced Architecture designer for a period of 6 months. This contract includes multiple sub-projects. Need Creative functionalities. Vast understanding of the co-working industry.

Requirements:
  1. Creative, determined, passionate, and self-driven.
  2. Strong knowledge of 3D modelling in Autodesk 3dsmax is required.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD & understanding of CAD plans.
  4. The candidate must be proficient in 3D Modelling from 2D Architectural drawings such as Floor, elevation & section plans.
  5. Experience in asset generation, modelling, UV mapping, and Texturing.
  6. Must be knowing V-Ray or Corona render engine.
  7. Team player who has good communication skills and works well with others.
  8. Meet production deadlines on time.
