Penthouse remodel rendering

I am looking to get a rendering designed for a penthouse we are looking to remodel for a potential client. I have Chief Architect but, Ive just recently purchased it and Im lost. However, I need a rendering done now. So, Im looking for someone that can do multiple renderings for me (if the price per is right).

At this property I need to have a remodeled master bathroom with a large all-glass shower and claw tub. I also need a large open kitchen designed with an island, appliances, flooring, ceilings with lights, under cabinetry lighting, etc. In addition, we would need the main living area with ocean views with flooring, ceilings, glass slider doors, etc.

I have pics of the entire place to show you what would need to be done and we can get on the phone or detailed emails to make sure we are on the same page.

So, I need to know what else you need from me to be able to give me the answers to these questions:

1. What would turnaround time be on something like this?

2. What would the total charge be? If its hourly, please include the guesstimated hours you would need to complete the project.

3. Im assuming you are well versed in Chief Architect Premier?
