Developer needed to create add-on to QuickBooks Enterprise

We have a client coming off of an antiquated software system, moving them to QuickBooks Enterprise. They are landscaper that sells many items using Units of Measure or Multiple Units of Measure in QuickBooks. The customer does not want the ability for these measurements to be changed auto conversion of these units of measure to populate the final total in QuickBooks Enterprise. This process ideally is keyboard driven (no mouse) and VERY easy to train new employees to create a sale that would go directly into the QB Enterprise system.
