Excel expert for stock control

Hi Everyone

I need someone to create a simple excel spreadsheet file that will allow me to monitor how much material I have in my warehouse.

I have people working for me who receives a certain amount of material for a week. After a week they come back to replenish the material.

Once my stock in the warehouse gets to a certain amount I have to order some more

So what I need is.

See how much I have in stock
A notification if I have to order more material
Every time my employee gets a certain amount of material I need a snapshot for that day of who and how much material was taken.

Ill post a snapshot of how I think it should look but the simpler the better
It must work on mobile devices

Please let me know how much it will cost to build

I will try to reply to everyone but sometimes there are so many applications that it takes longer than usual to reply.

PS I am open to suggestions. If you think there is something better than excel let me know
