Organising meetings in Shanghai via telephone

I am visiting Shanghai from a school in London, UK. I have a list of around 50 educational agents in Shanghai. I am visiting for 2 days. The agents find students for international schools.

I would like a local resident to telephone the agents, and book me in for a 40 minute meeting at their office on the days. I would like 10 bookings per day, so 20 bookings in total. I will provide you with a shared excel doc or calendar where you can make the booking appointments.

I will give you a short script/brief to follow. You would need to be confident to make telephone calls. Most of the agencies are quite small, with just a few employees, and it is their business to meet schools and become partners. You just need to explain that you are representing the school and you do not know much information, you have just been requested to make an appointment.
