Network Technician for Windows C++ APP to Debian engine server

The case is about a QT windows-based desktop app,embedded a rssmonitor
There is a bug that using rj45 cable direct connection from PC to debian engineserver,the monitor shows correctly and 2D-dots shows up and moves
but if using wifi/router connection,it does not work,the rssmonitor frame and green pitch shows and backend command reflects the AI LOGIC is runnin but 2D dots do not show up.
Possibly Need wiresharp knowledge,basic QT/QML and Robocup 2D field expertise are welcomed
