Plaintiff has already succeeded (i.e. settled with several defendants) in DPPA cases, acting pro se, and has two more cases based upon a similar set of gotcha facts which will prove plaintiffs case. Need attorney either admitted to M.D.Fla. or qualified for quick admission thereto. These are cases in which the defendants are caught red handed in violation of DPPA. If you can do these cases, plaintiff has many more good cases for you. Looking for a win win arrangement. Open to an hourly, contingency, or blended arrangement. This websites format has its limitations at to how to make proposals. $40K offer is based upon a $100K settlement or victory, neither of which is out of the realm of possibility.
