Hi all!

We are looking for a graphic designer/artist that can help us bring a dynamic banner ad to life! I will share a document with 5 different static banner ads with shortlisted freelancer. We would like to layer these and make this ad dynamic/changing so it can draw attention.

This ad will be a 940 x 90 banner and it is meant to appear on a live stream page. Quick turn around would be great!!
