CMS Laravel and Angular JS developer

I want to hire a team who has expertise in,

1. Laravel
2. Angular JS
3. REST APIS
4. PHP
5. MySQL

We are developing a content management system which will process Data. This App has multiple access levels. Data is added, assigned, processes, tested, approved and finally final product is available. For this purpose, we are looking for a team who is expert in developing a data driven system with Multi-user type architecture. Data flow from different user levels. At each level different process applied & forwarded to next level. Data flow back n for among different levels. One of the key feature of this CMS system is data privacy and security, for example,
1. Screen shots not allowed.
2. Copy paste not allowed from our app to outside app. (within app it is allowed).
3. File downloading not allowed.
4. File open on server (not in local machine cache)
5. We want to make it nearly impossible, copy data from our web App

We are done with wireframes & have clear requirement specification document. We will explain you scope in interview and once we select a company we will decided final cost & timelines of the system. We want easy and best user friendly interface. No issue of budget.

As a deliverable we want a solution hosted on AWS with its staging and live WebApp. A user manual. Support contract for next 6 months.
