Social Media Management specialist

Im looking for someone who will be available at the right price as I grow my social media company. Im starting my prices lower to build a customer base and am currently looking for someone who can (after I have set them up and branded them and created buyer personas etc.) create a content management strategy for 4 social profiles starting with FB, Instagram, linked in and twitter (maybe Pinterest) then design content using canvas or similar. I would like the person to be as transparent with me as possible and work with me mostly not just for me. I will use a platform where we can engage and create a social media calendar so the actual work involved will prob be around 2-3 hrs. per week unless they ask for extra (maybe blog posting) and I will pay extra. I am looking for someone that has experience in reading the analytics from social media and will work with me to grow the company. I need someone who will be available as I get more clients.
