Socia Media Manager- Facebook Page

Looking for an experienced social media manager for our Facebook Page.
Work includes:

Manage Company social media on Facebook.

Build campaigns that drive engagement on the platform including formulating ideas, writing material from scratch, and monitoring engagement through reporting.

Manage the creation of content such as blogs, videos, photography, etc.

Research competitor social activity, best practices, social engagement trends and social integration methods


Heres what we think youre like:

You have 2-5 years of experience in Social Media or a related position.
You are a Facebook & Instagram pro, and you definitely know a lot about all about the other usual suspects, too: Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.
The opportunity for growth within this position is enormous, which means this position demands a candidate (maybe you!) who wants to work hard and take their skills to the next level.
You are extremely knowledgeable about posting organic content on social pages and have at least a basic knowledge of paid Facebook advertising. To make sure applicants read the entire job post wed like you to Include these words in your application for this position: bread and cheese
You have at least one HUGE idea for social that you think we MUST implement this year.
You might have photography and/or video experience. (This isnt required, but we consider this a major plus.)
You must know how to leverage stock photos and videos to make engaging content for the social media account.
You love to connect with people
You have a creative mind and love thinking outside of the box. Youre eager to learn about the changing social landscape and implementing new techniques to engage an audience.
You are a great writer and communicator.
One of your measures of success will be customer retention and satisfaction.

Social media never sleeps, which means that the nature of this role may extend outside normal business hours. Because of this, some early mornings, nights and/or weekends may be required at certain times throughout the year.
