Experienced and Creative Full Stack is needed

We are looking for a full stack developer (preferably that will be able to use python and django for the back side) to create a new website from a mockup.
The website will include a company profile public pages, and after one login to the website there are few services to choose from and interact with. The website will be hosted on AWS and the backside will interact with AWS API. More information will be supplied after contact.

Deliverable will be a full website.

we are also looking for a designer to build the mockup for this work so candidates that can supply both the design and the development are preferred.
