I am looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deal with high volumes of emails.

The person has to be knowledgeable on:
- 17 track, Yanwen, Shopify and Aliexpress
- Need to know how to search for orders, extract the tracking information and be able to send it to clients
- Needs to write and understand good English
- Needs to be available on Skype
- Needs to have good customer service manner
- Needs to understand how to use google sheets
- Needs to be available between 23 - 31 December (during Christmas and New Year)
- Needs to be available between 3-5pm GMT and 7-9pm GMT
- Ideally based in Europe

Rate = $5 an hour
