Streamer Intermediate Animation Request

I understand what I am asking for may be time consuming and difficult so I am willing to negotiate on price. I am looking to have a few projects completed. First, I am looking for an animation that creates a 15-20 second journey through a beautiful space/galaxy that arrives to a luxurious planet (the plan is to use it as an epic intro to my stream). Since I stream, once the animation arrives to the planet I would like for it to also be possible to have it looped at the planet so that if I choose to do so, I can communicate with my chat while on the planet. If at all possible, I would like there to be a spot I can put myself on the planet via green screen that will look natural. Please let me know if this is a possibility and if so what the pricing may look like.

Additionally, I stream on FB gaming where viewers can send stars. I want an animated overlay that will go over my web cam during a time that I am receiving lots of stars that will look cool and acknowledge the fact that I am receiving tons of stars from my viewers. My goal is to create a stream that is aesthetically pleasing and constantly evolving so I am in search of a graphic designer that I can use on a reoccurring basis.
