We are looking for a seasoned Zendesk developer to create a marketplace app that allows IT Glue customers to automatically pull data from the IT Glue API. The integration will allow for basic information such as contact name, email address, company name and a link to IT Glues CRM when a zendesk customers emails address is added to the ticket. Similar to the current other CRM integrations. The App will load on the right-hand side of Zendesk porta and show under apps the app will auto-look up the customer by email address, show the format as follows Company Name // IT Glue Status Field Name Email Phone Number Link to IT Glue Profile Text Field (to be able to add notes to IT Glue user).
