Proofreader, Editor, and Assistant for blog posts and e-mail content

This is the following work that a new assistant would have the capacity to handle, and the methods it will be managed through.

- General traits to be expected
To be an honest and open person who likes to connect with people. Being open for personal growth, deeper insights, and a mindful approach to lifes deeper knowledge. You need to be honest about your availability and work capacity.


- Types of work

- Proofreading and editing of blog and e-mail content
- Proofreading and editing of some ebooks
- Some use of CoSchedule for posting and publishing content
- Handle the e-mail platform ConvertKit

- Communications and methods
Assistant need to have good and intuitive communications skills. And you have to meet the following needs for us to be able to work together.

- I use Slack for my team and you will be added there
- Have good communication on work capacity and availability
- Be available for us to do some video calls regarding work now and then

- Tools: Apps, programs and systems
Being able to handle and/or learn these systems. But also, in general, being open and have the capacity to learn new systems without too much struggle.

I would prefer that the you would be working on Mac.

- You should be able to handle WordPress
- Understand and work with ConvertKit
- Be familiar with using Canva.com
- Understand and work with CoSchedule
- To work with the Basecamp app
- Editing will be done in Google Docs

- Amount of work

First off all the general number of content peaces per month would be about two blogposts and up to 4 e-mails pr. month. The blogposts are usually between 800 and 1500 words long. Emails are short.

At times there could also be some website content editing plus en eBook now and then.
