Unity2D - Add little extras to mobile game (very easy)

I have project of game

I would like to add some features to the project:

1)
Every 20 points, the background colors are changing (or we can add a photo in the background manually (In inspector we can setup points needed to change color/background and choose that background)

2)
Make REVIVE BUTTON, after we die. We can revive for Coins or ads. When we die, we might need two buttons:
1st) Watch AD to revive (after ad has been shown, it revives the player) (unity ads)
2nd) Revive for coins (100 coins to revive and player plays further)

3)
Very simple last thing is: Player can hit the block when its at the front of him. Lets make player die after he touches the block longer than 2 seconds (changeable time). I will record the video on Youtube with what I mean. (Its few lines of code). Now the block pushes back the player instead of killing him. Player can wait until he goes off the screen. Lets make the block kill the player in 2seconds.

4)
Add Experience to the game. Which means: We adding all highscore player gets lifetime in total. He can lvl up using this. (at the top of the screen). If he gets 20 in one game. Then plays again and gets 14. He has 34 exp at all. It means he has 2nd lvl. We can make exp needed to lvl in Inspector to be changeable

Thank you for your support. Those 4 features are extremely easy with documented and commented code. Systems could be added even as a separate scripts. Depends on programmer preferences. I am happy to support you all the time. It shouldnt take longer than few days :)
