Its time to bring on that Rockstar VA to lead our in -house communication and keep us organized, streamlined and a well-oiled machine! Is that you?

My husband and I (co-founders) are looking for that dynamic, upbeat, positive minded, creative, highly proficient lead V.A. to join our fun, entertainment team of music professionals who serve the wedding and corporate industries.

Our team culture thrives on being progressive, employing a wealth consciousness, caring attitude, respect for each other, high level communication, and savvy online presence. We like to think of our customer service as Five Star Ritz Carlton style. Top notch!

Please be proficient in many online platforms and tools: Online marketing, Social Media (IG, FB, LI), WordPress, Dropbox, Trello or Basecamp project management, Canva, PowerPoint or Keynote, Google Calendar, Gmail settings and forwarding, MailChimp and Honeybook.

MUSTS: Anticipate the road ahead and initiate ideas to uplevel our business, systems and marketing, weekly recurring tasks for clients and new online projects. Anything that would be in our best interest on any given day - lets discuss. Example: anything having to do with online regulations, online tools, proven list building systems, calendaring, lead generating, email marketing and social media.

Your role is to help our business grow to the next level. Meaning, most activities need to be monetized and leveraged so I am doing my higher pay-off activities (rehearsing/auditioning musicians, performing, speaking, training, networking, inspiration, leadership). Marketing our agency is a key role in addition to admin support. I need a confident, creative, driven lead VA who can see the BIG picture; not just the task in front of him/her.

15-20 hours a month is sufficient, but will be more once we establish your skills in the above mentioned. Initial 30-60 day grace period to establish efficiency is required, but with a long-term intention. We desire a long-term mindset; not a short-term project. Lets grow together!
