Payroll and Reconciliations

Accountant
Audit and Reconcile our QuickBooks Account. The Books were reconciled last month it is only this month that is needed.
Make corrections and fixes to QuickBooks where needed.

We have used the Touch bistro POS system to clock in and clock out the staff. We have used QuickBooks payroll to payout these hours and process payroll. We need someone to audit the two accounts, and make corrections and fixes to the QuickBooks payroll account, in order to make sure our PAYROLL SYSTEM IS IN BALANCE

Determine who has been paid and who has not been paid

Process payroll for everyone who has not been paid

Will be moving payroll to an outside payroll provider. Ready the account for this move.


FUTURE WEEKLY INTEREST NEEDS:
Need someone to prove our budget every week, performing weekly audits, reconciling the account, and creating financial statements.
