We are running arpReach autoresponder script on our site. It was working fine with no problems and then we had to move to a new web host. After the move, the script was no longer working properly. We have resolved most of the issues, however, one major one remains. It is not sending the followup autoresponder messages out at all. You can send a broadcast and it sends the initial message when someone subscribes, but subsequential followup messages arent being sent out.

We had posted this previously but the freelancer chosen was unable to resolve the issue. Please bid only if you are confident you can fix this.
