U.S based Lawyer needed to create a sub contract for a certification training platform.

HI There,
We are a U.S (Delaware) (C Type) based professional online certification training platform (Start Up), which delivers training across different verticals: Project Management - Quality Management - Cyber security - Cloud Computing. In Building, Marketing, selling &delivering such training.

we do utilize the expertise of subject matter experts referred to as (Sector Leaders) & (INSTRUCTORS) to deliver our training, those individuals could be from anywhere around the globe.

we want you to do the following:

1- Review the current/existing agreement which represents the main tie between our firm and the Sector Leaders. and that is to add/delete/amend what is necessary to serve and save both parties rights and responsibilities as per the U.S LAW.

2- Build/Create a sub-contract which governs the relationship between the sector leaders,instructors and our company.
