Need html developer for creating portfolio

I need a html developer for creating portfolio(one page).
The portfolio should be for full-stack developers.
This is the idea what I have.

Header
Nav bar(About me, Category1, Category2, Contact)
Body
- About me(photo of developer and simple introduction)
- Category 1
* projects(image and simple description)
- Category 2
* projects(image and simple description)
Footer
contact:(email, phone number, facebook, linkedin)

You should create with dummy data and deliver me it.

I will change the data with my personal data.
I will pay bonus if it looks pretty good.
