Modern extension on old house

Hi,

We are looking for someone to help us with the ideas we have for building a modern extension on our new(old) house.

The plan is to renovate the whole current building, and set its facade back to its original look with details around the windows and so on - as well as building an extension to get more room.

Our initial ideas has been to create something super modern (and, budget friendly) that creats a separation from the current building.
