create single responsive company website

Hello,

i need an developer to build a SINGLE RESPONSIVE COMPANY WEBSITE. Company is working on that Spare Parts field (CAR - TRUCKS- AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPEMENT) and delivers her prducts in foreign countries specially in africa. Direct sell option or Spare parts search option are not necessary.

Minimum Requirements of the Website are following pages:

- First Website has to have minimum 3 Language options / German - French and English
- About us with ( Story - Headquater and foreign office pages)
- Services with (Advantages to work with us, Product quality, Our Partners, Delivery; and FAQ Pages)
- Trackingsystem by integrating Tracking page of DHL
- Urgent call Buttom
- Post spare part request with formular (Typ of car, Name of the Car Manufacturer, Vehicule Identification Number, Typ of fuel, First registration Date, Name of the requested spare part, Quantity, Picture of that spare part if available, full name of the requester, Phone number, Email, country, city, choice order options: Urgent Order or normaly order.
Facebook - Twitter-linkedin must be linked to the website
Privacy policy- Contact- Data Protection - terms and conditions pages - disclaimer are also needed

The website muss restpond to the new europen Data Protection regulation. it means the acceptance bottom must be implemented.
Websites pictures also have to come from the developer or i can provide you with them.

Budget can be discussed and will be based of typ of programmation language YOU will use (Wordpress, HTML etc...)
