Designing Wheel washing machine

We are looking to develop an automatic person car wheel washer system. The systeem need to pick a wheel from a pallet. Then transport it to the first stage where the wheel is sprayed with chemicals. Then the wheel have to be brushed bothsides of the wheel, then the wheel have to be cleaned by a steamcleaner. In the last stage the water should be dry blown. At the end the wheel should be loaded back on a pallet.

Transportation should work automatically and both sides of the wheels have to be in reach for cleaning.

Eventually we will add a possibility to control the quality of the wheel and tyre to know the quality and automatically make a photo at the end before loading it on a pallet

All water and chemicals have to be in closedloop systems

At first we need to create a model of this machine.
