Prepare an ad on my own Google Ads account for me (You will do it on my laptop using remote desktop)

Hello,

I want to do a google ad for web design and logo design. and I do these ads by myself every time... my problem this time, is with the new Google Ads change, I cannot put my mobile number next to the advertisement.

I want someone who will be able to put my mobile next to my ads. And to create two campaigns for me... and explain everything while he is doing a campaign.. (1 Ad in English and the other one in Arabic).

I need him / her to explain why did they choose any option in Google Ad to produce this Ad.
