Quick animation required.

I need a short animated video as per below:

1) Video starts with a tree showing only roots, trunk and branches.
2) A set of 3D binary numbers start climbing from roots and spread to branches following a random movement path.
3) The numbers disappear as they reach branches and the tree starts to get loaded with leaves and fruits.
4) The binary numbers climbing tree should stop just before tree is fully loaded with leaves and fruits.
5) This should give a feel that the binary numbers helped tree grow leaves and fruits.

The entire video should be less than 15 seconds.

I will help finding a good image for tree to be used and have few vector files available.

Deliverable:
1) 15 second animated video in 4K and Full HD resolutions.
2) Vector file (svg) that resembles the last frame of video so I can take it forward in my presentation.
