Firmware Sourcer for Engineering Recruiting Agency

We are looking for a research-oriented Firmware Sourcer to help identify engineering candidates to recruit for our San Francisco Bay area startup clients as part of our recruiting team.

Our recruiting agency works with a number of VC backed startups and we help them in hiring engineers from senior to the executive level.

In this role as a sourcer you will partner with me (an experienced recruiter) in creating/curating lists of people for us to contact for roles with our clients.

The type of person we are looking for is an experienced firmware sourcer, someone who is adept at understanding technology at-least at a surface level and can identify what type of engineers someone is and why they would make sense for a particular role. This requires deep research skills, beyond key works and public profiles (LinkedIn, Github etc). We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the technology ecosystem and can quickly level-up up their acumen into niche talent areas.
