Excel PM tool & project PN tracker for a small sales team. Linked files & updated to master tracker.

Im a new sales manager managing a team of 4 sales. As Im new to the team, I find out each sales is using their own format/ template of tracker to track status of their part. Would need help to consolidate them into a standard file format.

I can explain the logic on each sales tracker and would like you to take a hard look at it as an outsider to see how to best manage the massive amount of information for each project/ each part number from RFQ to Mass production, and to standardize it.

Later on, these standardized format will need to be link to a seperate Master sheets in order for me to quickly see a summarize of project (or parts) activities.

All files will be stored in the same computer in a shared network, so links can be established and can be automated for updates.
