Wix Developer needed to add more capability to Wix payment plans

Im using Wix as my platform for my new telemedicine company. The website is only truly acting as the face of the company. The customers will only use this website to purchase their benefit plan and simply register for their benefit (we have a sub-domain that is more advanced and will be their member portal). Anyways, for the basic Wix platform, I have Wix payment plans set up and I really do like the simplicity of how it works on the back and front end. The only problem is this: Wix doesnt allow your customers to purchase a plan without creating an account with your website. They also dont allow you to add tax to your plans during checkout.
The objective:
1. I need someone who can find a way around this if this is possible (preferably while still using their payment plan app.) Just to clarify, this is NOT Wix store where our website is selling an item. Its Wix paid plans where you can set a reoccurring monthly membership with the set price.
2. For some odd reason, you can add tax to Wix store, but NOT Wix paid plans. I need someone who can add that ability to Wix Paid plans if possible.
