I need 2 wordpress plugins which I can make myown changes and resell with full rights to me to do anything

1) A plugin that can import different sales page templates.( You need to create an unique variety of templates ?

2) A template that can import stock photos to wordpress image section from pixabay unsplash etc bases on the keyword user enter.

3) Develop a theme from scratch . I will give you the sample
