iOS developer needed for Web Protect

About us:
Our aim is to educate our clients about the dangers they may face online and how to prevent becoming a statistic. Part of this process is allowing parents to monitor their childrens device usage.

What were looking for:
We would like to take a staged approach with this application due to a tight budget. The developer we work with will be used for the duration of the project as and when our budget allows. Essentially we require a IOS application that monitors childrens devices and allows parents to view the usage in an admin dashboard.

Phases of the project :

Phase 1
Ability to monitor web usage and take incremental screenshots on device. This needs to be associated on a per user basis so that each user could log in and check usage.
Phase 2
Adding the ability to record Whatsapp message and text messages
Phase 3
Adding the ability to record phone calls

When submitting a proposal, please give a FIXED price per phase. This will not be done once off it is an ongoing project which will resume when funding is available. We are able to provide all artwork in the required formats.
