Animate static images into a YouTube video

We are looking for a creative video creator who can create a 3 to 5 minutes video based on a story and static images provided to them. The video is intended to be published on our YouTube channel to promote our mobile game application.
The attractive and professionally looking video we are looking for will:
- start with an intro showing our logos
- continue with a black screen with the letter W floating on the screen
- continue with the letter W splitting in two letters W
- continue with the second W rotating into an M letter and uniting the the first W to make the shape of our logo
- continue with the duplication of the pair letter into multiple pairs that will graphically come together to build a path and eventually a maze.
- continue with a walk through the maze (sort of a guided visit from entry point to exit point)
- continue with images/photos appearing in the hexagonal backgrounds of the maze
- continue with a game play simulation showing various highlights of the game
- end with an announcement of the soon release of the game on iOS and Android phones
- Add provided musics and voices in the background to go with the above animation
