Developer needed to Edit source codes and connect to Wordpress Sites

I am looking for a developer who is able to make simple User interface changes to open source codes. The changes include colour code changes, icon changes, and if possible but not necessary move a couple buttons around. After it is completed, these codes would need to be connected to a Wordpress website for download and sale.
