A need a Customer Service agent for my Shopify store.

Responding to customer emails quickly and professionally
Always trying to resolve any dispute with customer efficiently and ideally without a refund
Able to look up tracking numbers & order statuses.
Previous experience as a customer support agent for a dropshipping brand highly regarded!
