Create a 1 page info-graphic demonstrating workflow between current standard vs our (SleepGlad) improved way.

Current:
Physician sends in Rx -> HME schedules patient -> Patient picks up CPAP/ HME ships CPAP to patient -> Patient undergoes in office CPAP setup (high risk for COVID -insert COVID image) or Sleep Tech schedules Zoom meeting with patient (show icon for delay like a clock) -> patient begins CPAP use -> HME contacts patient in 2 weeks->Mask refit.

The SleepGlad way:
Physician sends in Rx-> HME calls patient and also sends them the SleepGlad invite ->HME ships patient the right mask with CPAP->Patient begins using CPAP-> HME contacts patient in 2 weeks to check on them with download.

Another part of the document would show $ savings:

Current care:
100 Rx to be filled = 100 patient visits.
25% mask refits = 25 additional visits.
Total visits = 125 visits = $3125 (tech time)+ scheduler time+ Risk of COVID19 +delays and wait times for patients + patient time wasted.

The SleepGlad way:
100 Rx to be filled = 0 initial visits.
25% mask refits = 25 visits.
Total visits = 25 = $625 (tech time) + 75%% reduction in scheduler time + no patient time wasted and no delays.

Cost savings in tech time alone = 80%.
Gains from patient satisfaction and timely care = Priceless.
