Need a website optimized for viewing in mobile browsers. Either editing more advanced responsiveness into current code or cloning a more optimized mobile version with automatic redirect. The website is 5 pages and uses a lot of video backgrounds. What is needed for the mobile site:

Encourage users to rotate their device from portrait to landscape on site load.
Uses much more compressed videos for faster load
Make sure everything resizes correctly in mobile browser. A few parts of the UI do not display correctly on mobile devices. This includes the current large video BGs.
