Format 5 HTML emails

We have a number of emails made in an old text-only template (example attached) that we need converted to a new HTML-based template (example attached) with a tools block and CTA block included at the bottom in each mail. Ideally this should be done directly in Sendy (SaaS email software), but HTML files are also OK.

Pretty easy job if you are familiar with editing HTML/CSS.
