We are looking for an expert to customize Jasmin opensource SMS gateway to provide following major features
- Submit MT SMS messages using HTTP and SMPP
- Logging CDRs and integration with existing logging and reporting ELK stack
- Rule based routing
- Mobile number portability support
- Integration with existing OCS charging system
- The customized solution must fit in existing ECO system with minimal or no changes

Jasmin is an opensource SMS gateway solution written in Python that can be customized and extended. We are looking for an individual with expertise in Python and working in telco domain specifically with SMS gateways.
