Wordpress - Create Membership Area + Payment

I need an experienced Wordpress Expert who is able to implement a membership solution with one time payment where an online course can be accessed. Preferred solution would be the use of paidmembershipspro + Stripe.

Background:
My webpage was already about two years ago a membership site that worked with Paid Memberships Pro, where users could purchase access to my existing online course. After 1 year of inactiveness and a failed Wordpress upgrade, the membership area does not work properly anymore. I have a developer who will upgrade Wordpress, install a new theme and get everything ready so that only membership + payment are missing.

Your job:
Create a reliable membership area where users can pay to get access to my existing online course.

The requirements include:

- Setting up a new membership area + payment system with one time payment (we used paidmembershipspro + stripe in the past) + connected mailchimp account (it already exists) to send emails to new members when they register and pay for the course, etc.

-Giving me as an admin the option to give discounts to selected members, that they ideally can input on a second payment page, that includes the field for the discount option

- Make sure that the whole login process on the webpage is thought through and well designed. This includes nice register/login forms on the webpage, ideally that the login field in the menu changes to the username once logged in and vice versa and an account overview page for members where they see that they subscribed to the product, where they can download an invoice and manage their membership (eg. change password)

All access codes to Wordpress admin area, mailchimp, Stripe, FTP access, etc. will be provided and a good communication with me to finish the job properly will be possible.
