Atlassian Jira App/Add-On Development

Atlassian Confluence / Jira add-on/app developer to create an add-on/app for the Atlassian Marketplace. It will create a custom Jira issue, custom fields (est 24), arrange those custom fields on tabs (est 4) on the create screen, and gives the user the option to customize some of those custom fields (est 2) with their own data.

Detailed requirements with wire frames will be provided.
