I need help with some DevOps things:
1. Creating groups for users and allowing access to repos based on groups
2. Setting up correct policies
3. Determining what happens when I approve a Pull Request - such that the ticket/card goes into the proper column, not the Done column

this will be something we will do over a Zoom meeting. I expect this problem to be solved in one session.
