Desktop / mobile web-based solution for task management and client communications

Need to create a desktop and mobile-web app based solution with dashboards for different roles (-10). Each dashboard will pull in data from different sources and display it. Some portions of the data will need to be drilled down into or interactive (ex. sending out an email). Some components of the dashboards will need to integrate with external sources such as T-mobile GPS, FleetOne Card Data, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and whatsapp business.

The solution must include great UX/UI for the dashboards and scalable backend to add more dashboards as needed. Will need to use reactive type framework for drag and drop object functionalities. DB will need to be created. We will then need to migrate existing data which exists on Google Sheet to the new DB.

Must be completed in 1 month including all testing. I will provide all requirements to shortlisted candidates.
