I need a list built which focuses on finding contacts working in Engineering/IT/Research & Development (R&D)/Innovation within various companies.

Information required includes:
- Company
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title
- VERIFIED Email Address (I dont want emails that bounce - this will heavily affect how successful I deem the completion of the project)
- Main phone line for company headquarters in USA
- LinkedIn Profile URL

For each company, Ill want 5-10 contacts that carry those titles. They should be Directors, VPs or CXO.
