English-Dutch translators for Wordpress blog articles ($10 per 1.000 words)

INTRO:
We are looking for Dutch speakers to translate our English-language articles and blog content in Wordpress.

WHO WE ARE:
Were an event ticketing company called Bimelto. Event organisers use our platform to list their events and sell tickets. We also help ticket buyers discover events to attend.

THE JOB:
Youll get access to our Wordpress blog, where youll be able to directly pick up and translate existing UK articles into Dutch.

The articles will typically range from 1.000 to 1.500 words.

Translations will take place in interface

Youll see the English text and your translation lines side-by-side. Youre also able to view the original English article for context.

Note: The built-in Translate Automatically button will not work as were not signed up for a machine translation plan. However, you are always welcome to copy the original article into Google Translate to help you along.

VOLUME OF WORK:
You decide how much you can take on. We expect a continued output of 1 article per day. Plus we have a backlog to catch up with. So anywhere between 1.000 and 3.000 per day, depending on your availability.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE.
You have:

*Full fluency in English and Dutch (native or near-native).
*Prior experience translating English texts into Dutch.
*Experience working within Wordpress.
*Basic understanding of SEO (so you can identify relevant Dutch keywords for translations)

WHAT WE PAY:
$10 per 1.000 words.

WHEN WILL YOU START:
ASAP. We can start with a test job so you can learn the translation tool and then agree on the amount of work youre able to take on going forward.
