I need 1 chapter written for an ebook about bidding on auctions at the courthouse and public auctions online. Each chapter will be between 1200 - 1600 words. The first chapter will be the introduction- thank them for purchasing the course - telling examples of people making $40,000 - $80,000 per deal - who the course is for, its for newbies, seasonal and experts - explaining why auction properties are cheaper to find than using direct mail, ppc and facebook advertising(meaning auction properties are free to look at whereas facebook, direct mail and ppc cost money) - explaining what courthouse auctions are, how they work, how you bid and the same thing with public online auctions - reasons why people get foreclosed on.
