Looking for someone to develop a WDM based driver for us

The drivers only functionality should be to
A) blank all the connected monitors on all types of ports.
B) the computer should not go to sleep.
C) Any screen capture API should continue to work, Lile Print screen should work.
D) If someone remotely accesses the computer using VNC kind of software or any other remote access software. They should work seamlessly.
