Developer Needed for INS and LiDAR data fusion

Need developer for fusion of INS and LiDAR data. We have integrated LiDAR sensor, INS, Odometer etc. on a vehicle for mapping purpose. We are collection LiDAR data in PCAP file format and processed INS trajectory. Now it is needed to integrate INS data with LiDAR scanner data to generate georeferenced accurate point cloud. We are using Advanced navigations Spatial Dual INS and Robosense RS16 LiDAR scanner. We will provide PCAP file for laser data and processed trajectory (processed using Kinematica software) for data fusion. For any other queries, please mail me.
