Website support expert

Our company hosts many websites that are mostly on WordPress, but we have a few on Drupal and Joomla as well. We need technical support help during the hours of 10am - 5pm CST with a quick response time. This will be a few hours per week on an as needed basis to start, and if the candidate is good we will provide more work later. Please attach your resume or list of relevant experience with the below requirements.

Job requirements:
- Expert with email account setup / configuration and troubleshooting
- DNS Expert, especially with A, MX, SPF, DKIM records and cloudflare.
- SSL installations mostly on cpanel, but also on other hosting platforms.
- Advanced troubleshooting of Wordpress and custom php code and custom themes
- Ability to Architect new Wordpress solutions
- Ability to Fixing broken / down websites
- Resolving issues of hosting applications that are working incorrectly
- Checking / scanning sites for malware/viruses
- Troubleshoot and clean hacked websites
- Troubleshooting common issues with email
- Sites migration between different hosting platforms

Advanced experience with WordPress. Development of custom themes is a plus. Experience with WP Engine is a plus.
